Speaking my truth makes me strong. I have experienced it this week.
I received a phone call from someone who tried to make me feel guilty. What they said wasn’t true. I didn’t confront them, just sort of passed it off. Within minutes I noticed my hips had gone ‘out’ while making my bed. Weird. I hobbled into my magical chiropractor, Dr TJ Lonergan, in Blue Ash, OH. He put me back together and then sat me up and energy tested me…shame came to the front….this phone call rose up to the surface…then came the writing of the ‘I want to be free to’…statement.
The second try became…I want to be free to sing and speak my truth! That was the secret! It made me strong! It settled into my gut! Into my bones! It made me strong! It keeps making me strong! Im saying it every morning! Im writing it into all my journal entries and into my daily/weekly calendar!
What truth do you need to speak? What makes you strong?
