Self-Portraits: The Journal Paperback

The purpose of this journal is to begin to know yourself in deeper ways, beyond the realm of media-imposed standard, to find the beauty within your glorious, messy, wild soul. It is my hope in creating this that you will be able to look in the mirror and like what you see, to fall in love with your own face and soul.

There is no right or wrong way to use this journal. It’s not about fixing yourself, or vanity, or becoming successful. Just turn the pages, find a prompt that speaks to you, and follow your heart to where it leads you. Write, draw, color, fill the pages with stickers or collages. Whatever your soul needs.
